With the 2008 NBA Draft now behind us, I feel that it is a good time to take a look at the top draft picks and see where (Or even if) they were ranked by Rivals.com when coming out of high school. And because many of the top picks were freshmen, it is obvious that they will have rated these athletes high. Onto the picks:
