Five Steps to a Scholarship E-Book

For those either starting or currently going through the athletic recruiting process, it is a frustrating time filled with ups and downs as well as highs and lows.  It doesn’t matter if you play football, baseball, basketball, volleyball, lacrosse, or any other sport you can imagine.  The athletic recruiting process is a difficult journey.

But that is why Recruiting-101 was created nearly a year ago.  We have brought users free help to parents, athletes, and coaches through this site.  Durthe first year of existence for Recruiting-101, what may have been the most popular article was our Five Steps to a Scholarship Offer.  What we did in that article is broke down the five steps that potential recruits.

We have now decided to make these Five Steps to a Scholarship more convenient by turning it into an e-book that you can print and use as a resource or keep and read on your computer.  And the best part about it is that this book is 100%.  There are no costs involved and will never be any costs involved either.

Scenario……. your sophomore has enough varsity playing time to make a recruiting video. He gets injured after two a days as a junior, is now healthy and may not have enough film for an updated video. What do you do?

Strange place to post this Steve. If he is a Jr, wait until after the season. Coaches want video from the first there games for Seniors, not juniors.

My son had a great year. I just want to help him get the best opportunity as possible.

My son will be a junior in the up comming fall season for football and has DI or II prospects , but he plays at a small 1-a school , my question is will this hurt him in the recruiting process and should I consider moving him to a bigger program for more exsposer. If he has the ability to play for a BCS school will being at a small 1-a program hurt his chances at a DI scholarship.
